Quick meals you can cook with superchef laura- sliced ginger pork chops

Ingredients 1 packet of frying premix 500g pork chop thinly sliced (approx 0.5cm thick) 500ml oil Marination 20g garlic paste 1tbsp hua diao wine 1tbsp sesame oil 1tbsp light sauce Sauce 3 tbsp vinegar 1tsp hua diao wine 20g minced garlic 20g finely sliced ginger 1 padi chilli (thin slice) 20g rock sugar 1 tsp oil Garnish Sesame seeds Chinese parsley |

Method
Pork slices 1) marinate the pork slices with the marination for 3-4hrs 2) dip the pork slices with the coating powder for 20min 3) deep fry the pork chop slices till golden brown and set aside Sauce 1) heat up oil. Add in the garlic and ginger slices. Stir fry till fragrant. 2)pour the sauces into the sauce pan and bring to boil. Make the sure sugar dissolves completely. 3) add in the padi and remove fm heat Assemble 1) place pork slices in a serving plate 2) pour the sauce over the slices pork 3) place the ginger and garlic on top of the dish 4) garnish wif Chinese parsley and sesame |
