Men have wondered since the beginning of time, since the birth of life itself about the ultimate question. What exactly happens to the human soul after death? In the following discussion, we shall explore some of the questions and possible scenarios that have been compiled by the Singapore Research and STAR (Singapore Technological Advancement Research). The following are compilations of studies and theories based on real life experiences, investigations by medical professionals and scientist doing research. As more data becomes available over time, there will be more additions to this topic. Bookmark us if you wish to continue being updated on this topic. 1. Nothing happens...you die and you rot.... The first scenario is of course what the atheist and other non believing groups of people will come up with. They believe life ends when life ends. No consciousness remains in the afterlife nor is there even an afterlife. The conclusion is straightforward. Nothing happens. 2. The Astral Body - Ghosting Since time immemorial, men and women who experienced near death episodes from all over the globe(unrelated incidents) have reported floating and being conscious of their surroundings long after they are clinically death. Many have reported that they felt a floating sensation and even saw their families and friends grieving at the news of their demise. This spells the possibility of a ghosting effect. Imagine you have been killed in a computer game (eg.counter strike) and now you are able to float freely around through walls and watch the rest of the world go on. How long after death does this sensation continue? This is a question no one is able to answer because not a single one of the people who have experienced this phenomena has been clinically dead more than 20 minutes. These experiences could very well have been the final chemical reactions of a dying brain that is still oxygen rich but depleting. An interesting point was discovered in 2016 at the University of Temasek when spikes in brain activity were observed in the minutes following a patient's death. This was recorded multiple times over a 2 year research. Follow up studies are exploring this phenomena. 3. The real reality Scientist for years have suspected, experimented and even hypothesized that this universe isn't real and that everything we see and experience is within a simulation. A simple google of the question "Is the universe a simulation?" is going to show you how extensive this question has been debated throughout the century. Even billionaires have supported this theory and believe everything to be a falsehood pulled over our eyes. Plato the Greek philosopher had Socrates described a group of people who had lived chained to the wall of a cave all of their lives, facing a blank wall. The people watch shadows projected on the wall from objects passing in front of a fire behind them, and give names to these shadows. The shadows were the prisoners' reality. Socrates explained how the philosopher was like a prisoner who was freed from the cave and came to understand that the shadows on the wall were not reality at all, for he could perceive the true form of reality rather than the manufactured reality that was the shadows seen by the prisoners. The inmates of this place did not even desire to leave their prison; for they knew no better life. Numerous testimonies have been compiled by hundreds of people who have experienced this phenomena. It is interesting to note before I continue that every single testimony was from people who died rather suddenly, without warning and with very minimal pre-knowledge of their demise. In our discussion, we will highlight the one that is the most common experience and also one of the most interesting. Alista Cheng Woo Huat, a 29 year old biker was pronounced clinically dead for a period of 21 minutes. During the 15 minute ambulance ride to the hospital after colliding with a dumpster, his heart had stopped beating. No pulse was detected and only at the third attempt at the Accident and Emergency ward did the defibrillator work its magic and brought him back into the land of the living. When he got up, he shocked everyone with his account. It was truly the first time in this ward to have such an account been told to the nurses and doctors by a patient. His experience began immediately right after his last memory which was the sight of the dumpster going over him as he slid and skidded under the vehicle. All went dark and it seemed so for a very very long time. Almost felt like an eternity to him. He had so much time during this period of darkness to recall his life and the accident and he felt so much regret for the things he could have done and didn't. More so for the things he should not have done but did. He described it as his life passing before his eyes again and again like a billion lifetimes. And then suddenly there was light. He felt the light was piercing. Perhaps so much so because he had been in darkness for such a long time. When he opened his eyes he felt a keen sense of awareness and touch with reality that he had never had before. He described that he could note the very colors and sounds that were beginning to reach his information starved brains. He also mentioned a realisation that the very air was vibrating with energy. When he fully opened his eyes, he found himself in a room with strange electronic lights and machinery blinking all around. He was lying on a "MRI style"(as he describes it) bed with his head under the huge circular rotating. There was no needles running into his body unlike a normal hospital bed but there were nodes connected to his chest and temples with sticky like feeling. He wandered out of the room he was in and entered a hallway where there was a huge window overlooking the entire country side. He remembered thinking that everything was so beautiful. Colors seem to leap out and appear many times more vibrant than he ever could remember. He sniffed the air and actually tasted as he described the sweet aroma and fragrance that seems to be ever present. The most distinct difference between earth and this place was the sky. When he looked at the skies...he saw a huge "Saturn" like planet taking up a whole chunk of the day lit sky. Another distinct feature was the two suns. One huge sun.....he swore was larger than our sun by twice the size but much less bright, while our sun was a bright yellow glow...this sun emitted a gentle blue glow that bathed everything with pure almost white light. Further off was a second sun....the size of 1/10th the moon on earth....this sun was flashing like a disco. Pulsing light was flashing from it almost twice a second. As it was early evening based on his estimates(lighting conditions?) he saw the pulsing very clearly and said it was very distinct. Further follow up investigations are being pursued by many institutions globally. 4.Religious aftermath Another major theory is the believe in life after death. The Religious way. So much writings have recorded the existence of the afterlife and sensations of being in a better place. I dare say this is one of the leading theories and that people rather chose to believe it rather than disprove it. No scientific basis exist for this claim. 5. All is one and one is all Read this story...it tells all... https://valuevampire.wordpress.com/2015/06/13/token-by-alvin-chia/
